The snow sports area Arosa Lenzerheide invites you to the public ski race «Staetz Race» on Easter Sunday, 1 April 2018.
The racetrack takes you from the top station Stätzerhorn at 2'421 m above sea level down to the finishing area at the mountain restaurant Avant Clavo at 1'527 m above sea level. On the 4.5-km-long run, you will overcome 894 height meters. In the finishing area the team of the Avant Clavo provides food and drinks as well as good entertainment.
Who can participate?
Invited are adults 18 years and older. The number of participants is limited to 150 persons.
Sightseeing & racing
The racetrack for the «Staetz Race» can be inspected on Sunday, 1 April 2018 from 06.30 to 07.30 am. Training on the track is prohibited. Non-observance of this will result in a disqualification from the race. From 07.30 am until the start of the race, the course is closed for all participants. The race starts at 08.30 am.

Entry fee, racing office & parking
The entry fee is CHF 50.00 per person. You can pay the fee on the race day at the race office.

Finishing area & award ceremony
The team of the Avant Clavo provides food and drinks as well as good entertainment in the finishing area. The award ceremony and after party will be held at 03.00 pm at the Avant Clavo.
The racers will start in a 30-seconds-interval and will complete the race as single racers. Each racer will be ranked in his category.
Race times will be measured through the starting gate and a light barrier. Additional information about the timekeeping will be provided on the race day.
Helmets are mandatory
The wearing of a helmet is mandatory for each participant. The compliance of this obligation will be checked at the race start.
