Troubas Kater present their second album. It bears the title «Aber morn ...» (but tomorrow…) and everyone knows how perfect this beginning of the sentence fits a cat. While QC summarized the somewhat oppressed, melancholic mood after his return from his world journey on the first «damned november», «Aber morn ...» looks into the future. Countless enthusiastic concerts on small and big stages of the country left lasting impressions with the band and the audience.
After Kunz had scaled first place with «Mundart Folk» in no time, he was awarded the gold record for the album «Eifach so» and was honoured in the same year with the prestigious Prix Walo. The Lucerne musician wanted only one thing: going back on his beloved stage as soon as possible. With his boys on the instruments and the «people like us» in the audience, that’s where Kunz is home: «There are still so many new stages to be played on, and where we have been, we definitely want to go back!»

James Gruntz makes a new record of his own - with his sixth album and new songs. On the new album you can find well-known, as well as new records. James Gruntz is recognizable, but has moved on. He clearly shows how much more he can do not to stand still. After receiving two Swiss Music Awards with »Belvedere«, one can be curious about his new album.
The show by Marc Haller is not classic comedy nor classic magic. But a refined mixture of both parts. «Everyone is looking for freedom, but they are not free at all». I would like to ask the spectators once again to take their time and to use «the ingredients of life» to be enjoyed, says Haller, referring to this potpourri. Marc Haller is a hassle in all the streets.

«It's only our way ... or the highway». This saying does not only sound good. It fits perfectly when it comes to ZiBBZ. The sibling couple Coco and Stee Gfeller have been going their way on the rock n' roll road consistently and unperturbed for years. Chumming up, boring pop songs? – Negative report. Disillusioned, depressed texts? - As well. Sprawling, life-affirming melodies and rhythms? – Definitely!
The 28-year-old Lucerne musician NOAN needs the creativity as the air to breathe and has therefore decided to rely completely on music. Suitable with the honest content of his songs, NOAN consequently sings in Swiss dialect and publishes the first single «Heb di fescht» on 27 January 2017. The whole album is named «d'Maske vom Phantom» (the mask of the phantom) and contains eleven intimate, passionate and catchy songs.

For seven years the band OTTO NORMAL around lead singer Pete has been an integral part of the German-speaking music scene. OTTO NORMAL is a compressed orchestra that has found its style in the synergy of pop and rap.
For more than thirty years, the Bernese band Züri West has been the number one in the Swiss dialect Rock scene. Their comeback 2017 with the album «Love» after a long creative break exceeded all expectations. Sometimes she turns on synth-buttons, she often decorates a turquoise fender and sometimes the musician excels with her unique voice alone. Anna Känzig feels home in many musical settings. Probably it is her jazz studies, which serve as a basis for her experimentation. In the last few years, Anna has been able to play country, folk and electro pop music on various stages, including support from Hurts or Jess Glynne.
A long story. Moving, full of energy and passion, arenas and small clubs, successes and defeats, just like real life. Told in authentic wonderfully packed stories. Songs with the urge to move forward, right into the heart. This is exactly where they come from: Ullmann has turned his emotions into music. That touches. Without calculus, without plan, straightforward and pure.

His Hans in Luck has s depression, Bambi is into Sadomaso, and even the devil has to go to therapy. Obviously, «The Wishing-Table» makes him sick, and Paradise is only available with a gastric band, but Endo Anaconda wants to believe in fairytales nevertheless. And, by the way, dissecting our little world, in search of the last Paradise, «where it is not as hard as it is here.» Bittersweet are the dialect verses in which Endo Anaconda speaks of the society, entirely in the tradition of the Brothers Grimm, holding his distorting mirror.
Dada Ante Portas
Four years have passed since the last production. The band took their time, wrote countless songs as usual, discarded most, experimented around, opened the doors to Beats and Synthie. The longtime live bassist Simon Ryf (since 2009) became full band member. Some producers were tested and dropped. And finally, the band found an obvious solution: Andreas Ahlenius. With Sweden, Dada Ante Portas had already worked together for the albums Seasons Change (2004) and Superbixen (2006). Ahlenius is himself a keyboardist and knows the musical world, for which the band had begun to open and be interested in, very well.
