255 Bual Liope

This slope is not just a challenge for hobby athletes, but also for more trained cross-country skiers. It leads mostly through a quiet forest landscape.

The starting point of the Bual round, which is often used by top athletes and biathletes, is the Biathlon Arena Lenzerheide in Lantsch/Lenz. There the training can be started with some warm-up sessions on the flat course in the arena. This is very suitable for beginners.

Then the tracks of the pros who participate at the Tour de Ski can be explored. The cross-country ski slope leads to more challenging terrain and leads through the beautiful and quiet forest landscape of Lantsch/Lenz. It goes up and down; The diversified terrain doesn’t only demand hobby athletes.

The Bual round begins with a climb from 1‘380 to around 1‘440 meters asl. It also includes some curves, steady ascents and some descents. The fastest descent comes at the end, back to the stadium. There is, however, the possibility to add steep additional rounds.
