Spacious 2-room apartment located on 1st floor of a residential building in a quiet area at the sunniest part of Arosa. The sunny balcony offers a nice mountain view. The next bus stop is situated only a few meters away from the building.

The price includes (for the number of people booked): bed linen, towels, resort fee and final cleaning after departure

- Additional persons must be registered in advance and will be charged separately; Additional fees: CHF 30 linen set/stay and CHF 6 resort fee/day
