The Lenzerheide holiday region

Malix is the lowest point and borders Passugg-Araschgen at 760 m above sea level. The highest point is at 2281 m above sea level on Windegga. In between you will find a lot of untouched nature and village life.

The villages of Malix, Churwalden and Parpan form the municipality of Churwalden.

Two mountain railways take you directly to the snow-sport region of Arosa Lenzerheide. Numerous hiking trails and cross-country ski runs lead you through the enchanting landscape. The natural ice rink and the Tschugga sledge run round off the wide range of winter sports on offer.

Narrow alleys and traditional farmhouses define the tranquil image of the mountain villages of Lain, Muldain and Zorten. They are located on the sunny terrace of the valley and offer a particularly picturesque backdrop in the snow-covered winter. Zorten is also home to the local museum, which gives you an insight into the way of life in the past and the development of tourism. The present-day centres of Lenzerheide and Valbella were mayor's estates in historical times. The farmers of Lain, Muldain and Zorten lived here during the spring and autumn weeks.
