The holiday resort in Grisons on 1,800 metres above sea level

The Arosa village is located on 1,775 metres above sea level, the Hörnli peak reaches 2,512 metres and the Weisshorn summit stretches up to 2,653 metres (highest mountain station). Arosa has 3,205 inhabitants. The merger of municipalities in the Schanfigg valley was executed on 01.01.2013 – the total municipality area amounts to 15,472 hectares.
